ZD30 belt tensioner and belt replacement
Helping a mate out with his 2015 Nissan Patrol where the belt would always squeal with the air con on.
After pulling it apart it looks like the tensioner has failed.
With a new belt and tensioner replaced its running smooth again.
Make sure to double check your parts before fitting.

This job isnt to hard but very imported to torque those tensioner bolt The hardest part for me was putting the belt back on haha

Thanks bro ,mine is a Navara so similar! Yes putting the belt back on without taking out the radiator saves time! Just a tip for that tight space between the tensioner where the belt does a u turn I used a coat hanger wire made a small hook to catch the belt then pulled it through, worked a treat!!

Ye I got one of them it has a oil level problem, check while cold, fine, check after starting down a liter, now it's leacking oil everywhere,😂 thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
