hey i have a 2013 Nissan Qashqai+2 with a p0016 error code on it, i had the timing chain etc and all the extra's changed on it, changed the camshaft sensor and exhaust sensor etc was changed. oil all done etc, what happens it flashs a stop start warning but doesnt stay on and then eventually under abit of strain the p0016 comes on and is there and pending. any idea's would great thanks

Hi, good video, were there any strange noise problems related to the sensor? I'm looking for the cause of a rattle noise that occurs sometimes when starting the engine warm or hot. I've changed oil pump and timing chain much better now but sometimes there is this noise, it's coming from the low pressure egr to me. It could be the flap on the exhaust too but I have no fault codes yet. Strange your video old and new sensors are showing the same resistance right ?

gunnermike76 hi no I did not hear any sorts of noise, try using mechanics stethoscope to diagnose the noise, also have you tried using recommended thicker engine oil?

@@MustangMotors hi, I don't dare use oil thikener I'm scared to block the dpf. I do believe it's something to do with the oil being hot and too fluid because it disappears after 1 or 3 seconds. It's done it for 50 000km since I got it so it can't be very serious. The chain I replaced 35000 km ago, before that the noise was lound and lasted 1 or 2 minutes

Hi ! THX for video.But i don t get it. You are holding sensor 1 (old) in one direction and the new sensor (2) in another direction when you measure. Is it not sensor (1) 1-2 = 5,3, 1-3=5,6, 2-3= 5,8???

Hi, I have issue with my 2013 Nissan qashqai 1.5dci with k9k engine. Dpf brings up red engine light with codes for clogged particle filter and excessive turbine upstream pressure. I cleaned dpf and doesn’t seem any better. Could this sensor or any other sensors cause my problem. The car has very little power and turbo blow off valve opens around 2700 rpm. Any help is greatly appreciated

I also had this issue. Make sure to reset the service interval on the car. You can do this by the dash menu. I had same issue and it turned out that after servicing the car I forgot to reset the interval. Dpf light came on a few thousand kms later and when I reset the interval it went off and I had full power. Best of luck.

Just bought a cheap sensor with same oem replacement but if I test pin 1-2 with the tester say 13m ohm instead of 5.81 from the old and 2-3 from the new is 0 ohm

@@lucade7035 hi you should try to do a force dpf regeneration, stationary with suitable scanner or driving on motorway,

Hi, i think i have the same problem. Power goes down for a couple seconds now and then. Did you have any fault lights on? I have EPS(i think that's the name - anti drifting) and both engine lights on, red and yellow. I noticed an oil leak on the top part of the metal pipe that runs across the engine to the cooler too.

Jorge Cardoso esp, traction control comes with engine management/check engine light. Engine code was p2002 p1525

@@markussandstrom323 heisann! Did you get your problem sorted? I have cleaned all three pipes, both Esp lights come on, but only after it has been pressure washed, its a nissan qashqai 2012, 130hp

if you follow between the exhaust system and inlet you will see the valve, its located just below the metal pipe I have removed.kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qtNjos-Hz8e6d2Q.html
