Tranquil Frags No, it actually is the turbo. When the b.o.v. is blocked it creates compressor surge, forcing the air to go back the way it came from. Therefore creating a sutututu sound, this is when the blades of the turbo are spinning backwards.

If you're in the US, you can't have one. They're illegal. Now, you can legally import the body of one and put it on a legal Nissan's chassis, but it won't be a full on R34.
