The Sunny has really transformed its image from being a no frills car into something that reaches out to a wide gamut of people, specially those yammering for features but aren't wealthy enough. It's good to see the 1.6 L four-popper replace the aging and drab 1.5 of the earlier gen model. Space has always been the major USP of Sunny and thankfully this one doesn't disappoint. I had seen it at the Dubai Int'l Motor Show and amazingly, the Sunny placed there was attracting a lot of attention. Its pricing at AED 67,500 is surely to get people flocking to Nissan dealerships but I am afraid will cannibalize the sales of the now archaic, Sentra.

Hi Saud, Thank you for the compliment. To answer your question, yes the Sunny does come in a manual transmission but only in the basic option in the UAE.

I recently bought the same car SL model with all the features. Very smooth car and very spacious. The only I miss is sunroof, rear AC and auto door lock.

@@zaf7794 AC of the car is the best. My car is now nearly 2 years old but still the AC performance is above best. In a deserted area like UAE it cools within 2/3 minutes from starting the car

HI Johua, I'm sure you should be able to find one. It's the same case on my Jimny, it doesn't come with one from the factory but several people get one installed using aftermarket accessories. Zaran

Hi Thoufeeq, The all-new Nissan Sunny is much, much better than the Toyota Yaris. The Sunny was just launched in 2020, meaning the technology and everything on it is far better than the Yaris which has been the same car since 2015. While our pick is the Sunny, we suggest you drive both and see which one you are more comfortable in. Do let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Hi Thoufeeq, If those are your criteria, have you considered the Renault Duster? It will also give you 4x4 so you won't need to worry if the roads are not good and you have to drive through sand.

Hi Za, The AC in the new Sunny is just as good as it is in any Nissan - superb! We didn't find it struggling one bit to keep us cool during filming this video.

Hello Methilashe, The new Nissan Sunny is longer than the older model. The older model was 4,455mm but the new one is 4,496mm.
