Hello, I bought two of these units and my “vibrate on ir off” is not working. I referenced the user manual and this video which show it vibrating on ir off. I double checked using night vision the ir feature works but it will not vibrate on off. Any idea on how I can solve this? I’d hate to think I was sent two defective units.

I think maybe you were sent a defective unit because the vibration is done with a small motor inside... something must have happened to the motor. If you purchased it from Nitecore store, please email our customer support at support@nitecorestore.com and we will help you replace those units.

IR is only visible to humans with the help of night vision goggles and as this signal light is more geared toward military operations the idea is that you can be seen by your goggle-wearing squad while not giving away your location to everyone in the area with a traditional light!
