What are you adjusting on the fuel system before the burnout.

The hands you see are Gary's. He's adjusting the fuel pump getting the "gallons per minute" where we want it at idle. I'm adjusting the air bleeds to adjust the idle RPM. We're dancing with each other to get it right where we want it. Gary will then put the pump wide open for the burnout. Does that answer your question?

@@FCR701 they use fuel pressure and idle rpm to get the engine to be the temp they want for the burnout and back up.

@@slowpoke96Z28 Some teams may. But not ours. I'm literally the guy in the video adjusting the barrel valves while Gary is adjusting the gallons on the fuel pump.
