I don't think I'll be able to beat it without serious routing and practicing.
It had a couple of flaws, but those were very minor.
I almost jinxed myself at lvl20 (vulture boss), lvl23 (pink birds 3) and lvl24 (clusterfuck) by taking too much damage which prevented me from damage boosting at the end of the levels.
I also died at lvl12 (crabs) and lvl22 (water level), because these both require very precise movement.
There's a momentum thing that's really hard to do consistently in this game and that allows you to go to full speed really quickly on some slopes, but it's so difficult that it's almost RNG. I managed to pull it off for lvl11 (jump physics) to get the skip, but not in lvl14 (pink birds 2), where it could have allowed me to damage boost through the entire pink ostrich wheel.
I'm also very pleased with how some levels turned out, like lvl17 (chocking hazard), which I've never managed to skip without dying once or twice; and lvl30 (cat boss) which has some really precise momentum stuff.
Now I just need to practice 100% a bit more ^^

Ao many memories. I practically lived on nitrome as a kid, and one of me and my younger brother's primary methods of sibling bonding was playing nitrome games with multi-player options like this one. The good old days man. You don't realize how much you miss them until you grow up and suddenly realize how far they are behind you.

I've kinda realized how good of a horror movie Skywire would make. Some industrial sized mega-plex of a building with half-finished walls, and artificial landscaping. You can easily see the façade of the room and how its supposed to be "happy-go-lucky" but are forced down a perilous track. If you mess up you get dropped down into the water to drown, or get eviscerated by the creatures. I want some sort of horror movie out of this, but That's not going to happen sadly :(

Shame too, that genuinely sounds like a good idea. The creatures themselves could also be animatronics just like the game (proven by the Orangutans 9:42) to add in that Uncanny Valley effect where they LOOK like organic beings but are also clearly not.

@@mrreyes5004 yea EXACTLY what I was thinking!!! I have so many ideas like how for the first person who falls out of the cable car, first a chime would play in their third of the car (the other two hear the chime so they can associate the person falling, to hitting an enemy and the chime) they would fall through the trapdoor they would be standing on in the cable car, and they obviously wouldn’t expect it and be afraid and confused once it happens, but feel semi-safe/still confused once they hit the water (tho hitting water at such high speeds could kill you so maybe they would be closer to the water at this scene) and once they open their eyes under the water, there would be a scene with many mechanical piranhas circling them and soon after darting up to the person and ripping them apart. You would then see the perspective of the other two still IN the cable car looking to the location the person fell to, as that area of water slowly darkens to a pool of deep red blood, but they can’t see what actually happened, just that the person fell in the water, and blood arose after. (The cable car would have separated windows all around the cable car including the trapdoors beneath them just to make it more terrifying. Another scene I thought of takes place AFTER the first person gets dropped. Once the cable car gets hit a second time, the middle third of the car would chime the same sound as before, so this person is terrified and obviously tries to stay in the car. They push on both walls of their third of the car and are able to stay in place as the trapdoors open, but after a few seconds of relief, a red light would turn on and a piston mechanism would lower a panel at the ceiling of the car to PUSH that person out, and there’s nothing they can do about that. It would be very slow and fear inducing. I have a few other ideas, but this comment is already so long and hard to read so I’ll stop here lol.
