haw much would it cost to build this deck ??

making a conservative estimate I would say 250 for the nonland cards and triple the amount if you add the lands. the land base is where most of the money is but is also the most flexible. Just search KZfaq for 5-color mana bases commander for budget alternatives. I hope this helps.
