You have made a good video. I appreciate the cooperation and determination of your wife. Your child brought the luck for you. It is a big responsibility to study and also nurture the baby. You have to tell us the way you got your own visa. Are you going as a accompanying spouse? In all universities beyond doubt there will be one association of Tamils or Indian. People should explore it. You might have by this time invited by some Indian family and developed a contact after seeing this video. You and your wife speak well with Clairity. There is an organisation with head quatres in the UK named Association of Commonwealth universities. They can be useful in providing financial help for education. I got it partly for a post doctoral fellowship for which my host professor applied and I got the fund in Australia. It was very long time back

I am not sure about other countries. But UK, AUSTRALIA, CANADA & NZ are countries with a very transparent immigration route and policy. You should never need a consultant to go through this. If you spend enough time reading and digesting their pages you would have more than 90% of information you need. Then use the immigration forums to clear your doubts with fellow aspirants and share your experiences. If we cannot do this ourselves and need a professional support, how are we going to sustain ourselves in a very new country?
