I don't know what I can say.. It's painful... How do you just jail a human being without enough evidence and those who rob us directly in our faces... No need to mention individuals are walking shoulders high living luxurious life.. What a world we living in

I feel these people's energy is wasted in jail.. If one is jailed for more than 5 years, The income generating activities they indulge in like plumbing, capentry and such, the government gets money from it and they should be paid hata kama ni 5k per month and the money deposited to their accounts. This would go a long way in assisting once they get out of jail.

Are those judges, really normal, wasting same ones live in prison for nothing , is there justice in that country

Theyl arrest you and tie you to a very serious crime in the hope that you will part with good cash. When you fail to do that, they proceed with taking you to court. Talking out of experience. There are also instances where police tie people to crime they did not commit due to pressure from their bosses. For instance, a crime takes place somewhere and call comes through from above asking the police chief in that station to complete investigations within three days or lose their job.
