It is exhausting seeing how our judiciary system works . The criminal justice system should support Just and fair outcomes so that only the guilty are convicted and the victims are supported. The public should have confidence that justice will be served and to have faith in the police. We have a system of justice in kenya that treats you much better if you're rich and guilty than if you're poor and innocent.Wealth, not culpability, shapes outcomes.

Because the rich, high and mighty are innocence until proven guilty [ which never happens] while the poor are guilty until proven innocent. We created a culture where we praise, dance and defend the rich when they steal but ready to burn the others to ashes.
