I love Undertaker's super weird motion capture. I kinda get the feeling that the body actor for The Undertaker had never seen him before and was kind of going for a lumbering Frankenstein's monster type thing. He's always got this crazy stance with the shoulders up high like a turtle retreating into it's shell

Something I find ironic is that IRL one of Cena's first challengers for the US title was Rene Dupree and in this story mode, the first storyline you have involved Cena and Dupree. And then when he won the rumble, the story going into Mania was Cena vs Dupree.

Better late than never, but since the strange mocap was mentioned in the video, I figured I'd provide some insight into who to blame. According to the game credits, the mocap for this game was done by two guys, Jonathan F. Legg and Justin Berti, who seem to be just actors rather than wrestlers. On a more interesting note, the coordinator of the season mode animation was Ryan Katz, better known to wrestling fans as either GQ Money from XPW or Wrestling Society X ring announcer Fabian Kaelin . I should note that just because there are no wrestlers listed for mocap, that doesn't necessarily mean none of them did do mocap since it is quite possible that they were just uncredited for whatever reason.

SVR 2006 is back when they had actors doing mocap instead actual wrestlers. Glad Justin Leeper brought in wrestlers around SVR 2009. That table double team move cutscene was repugnant, but to be fair so were The Basham Brothers. Glad they never got the straps off the Hooliganz, London and Spanky.
