Watching your videos inspired me to get into fishing a few weeks ago. I live on the gulf coast of south Florida and have caught two snook so far using the NLBN 3 inch paddle. This summer is gonna be so fun I’m already addicted and have two reels/poles

Same thing happened to me. Electric start battery cord saved it from sinking down in about 8 foot of water. Pulled it up and got towed in got all the water out and she was good to go! Scary shit. Long story short. Bolt your motor on your gheenoe!

When your Dad was about 4 or 5 years old we went fishing at Pirate's Cove in the Keys and he had a "K-mart" toy rod on which we put a hook and some cut up bait, well Lord and behold his Grampa was with us and Sal hooked an 18 to 20 inch sea trout and he fought it all by himself and would not let any one of us help him, other than hold him by his pants so he wouldn't go overboard, I think that's when Sal Jr. got the fish fever which has lasted all his life and now it transfers to his heirs.

I Had a big tarpon, swipe at the lure right at the boat like yours. He was estimated at 100lbs. I hooked him and we had to chase him for quite a while. he never jumped????? Why????!, turns out when we finally got him close enough to see him, he was foul hooked in the dorsal! Had to pull it loose by hand jerking the line. Glad to see yours wasn’t foul hooked.

Had a similar situation with a motor flying off a boat me and a buddy were going across the river we live on and the motor revved high and cut off we got it turned back on and made it to a creek on the other side of the river and the water was black, and and we get back in this creek and the engine revved high again and popped right off the frame of the boat, and I looked at my buddy who was freaking out and said well we’re up shit creek without a paddle, and he laughed and then got a straight face and said Josh now isn’t the time for jokes
