What is the difference between NLP techniques and coaching?
They are often seen as one and the same... AND they have many, many similarities!
Coaching can borrow a lot from NLP and often there is a crossover with many established coaches using a blend
In both cases you are supporting your clients to get results and you are not telling them what to do!
The techniques you use in NLP allow you to access the clients unconscious mind and the processes and scripts can be hugely beneficial for clients
There are some crossovers with NLP, positive psychology and neuroscience which makes it all such a fascinating area to look at
Whether you decide to train in coaching, NLP or both you can help your clients to get brilliant results and have significant breakthroughs which help them to change the way they think and feel
