Well, to be fair, many of them have been "in the industry" and perfecting their skill at least that long. They just took their time to debute. At JYPE, they don't rush trainees to debute in a year or two just because they want to pump out as many groups as possible, all so they can stop paying to train them as trainees, and instead have those trainees start "paying them back". That way, if the group goes belly up in 6 months, at most two years, because they don't have the training skill wise, nor do they have the maturity to survive the industry. Thwt way they aren't out any money because they will make sure they get back at least what they put in. Which wouldn't be hard considering how little they put into them to begin with. After all, you can only invest so much into a disposable trainee. 😞 Which unfortunately, means that when they debut, they will probably do so with about as much training, as the length of time the company figures they will last within the industry. Maybe 6 months to 2-3 years at most. All at the age of 15 years old with no education, just tossed out into the K-pop colosseum. Where only those willing to grind harder than anyone else, and show they have at least one skill in which no one can compare to them. Only those kids are always either unequipped to grind or incapable of possessing such a skill. And well, It's alot like putting a dozen black widows in a jar. One way or another, only one will truly survive, strive and thrive. Thats why so many companies debut them young and untrained, they really are disposable to them. They have to be considering the company themselves are responsible for their own groups heavy competition. Some have 6 groups debuting this year, they are literally competing with one another. Nope, JYPE isnt perfect. But they do make aure they that they are ready for whatever happens when they debute a new group, because they do it so rarely, and only after years of careful planning AND training. In fact, at JYPE, the group leaders alone seem to have around 8 years of training. That's as much as some of these "disposable" group members have amongst all of them put together. As for these young ladies, they are full nlowm adults, well educated and smd mannered (a few things the company learned from their 3rd gen groups) and of course many years of proper and comprehensive training. So yeah... they arent your average rookie group.

@@ReapingWillowI agree like JYPE’s new boy group from Loud. TNX from pnation debuted immediately but JYPE’s new boy group is still preparing (I believe they’ll debut later this year). They weren’t rushed to just push out content and probably have worked hard to craft something very good
