As a Bama fan I LOVED seeing it but as a sports fan it was so confusing and irritating. Why on earth would you only send 3 guys at a QB who might be the fastest player on the field and not only that why keep doing after he got big plays from y’all doing it earlier. They didn’t trust their secondary and I think that’s a huge reason we pulled it off

When you're not a professional offensive coordinator, of course, you wouldn't understand, and hindsight is 20/20. They knew Jalen was going to count on a TD pass, so offensive coverage in the field was extremely important. You put too many on a QB rush and run a great risk at leaving someone open for that TD pass. The smaller risk is making sure all potential receivers are defended.

And it was never really on Milroe. The oline was TRASH the first couple games, people don’t even realize in that Texas game Milroe did enough to win but the oline had like 8 penalties and had like 2 TDs be called back. He isn’t perfect but he is a playmaker

This is truly the greatest rivalry we have in college football now. All the penalties, turnovers and defensive breakdowns Alabama had today, they were able to find a way to win. That pass from Milroe to Bond was absolutely clutch. The SEC championship game with Georgia is the national championship game

What's great about winning a game you should have won 55-0. The Tide gave up almost 250 yards on the ground to an offense that couldn't gain 100 yards against NM State. This was embarrassing. So what team shows up against GA? Does this team think they accomplished something special? The Dawg are for real people. They will make this defense look silly if they come out in the SEC championship playing like this.

I was at the Pick Six game in Jordan Hare Stadium 10 years ago, a senior in high school, in the Auburn student section - as an Alabama fan. Even though we lost, it was the best live game I had ever been too. I'm happy that Nick Saban got his revenge in winning the Iron Bowl in similar fashion before he retires. Both games are legendary.

One of the all time iron bowls for sure! Officiating was QUESTIONABLE at best for both sides, just seemed like the refs were trying to dictate the game instead of the play on the field. Penalties were called for sure, but so many missed ones and blatant bad calls.. all that being said, it was a hell of a game. The SEC title game should be fantastic

SO MANY bad and missed calls. I mean its inexcusable to allow that TD at the end, BUT the guy did push off. They are never going to call that against darlings Alabama. It sure looked like targeting on Auburn QB, but no flag. The officiating absolutely helped give Bama another fabricated "legendary" win

I know Auburn wanted to put a lot of guys in coverage on the 4th down play with 30 seconds left but you have to put more than 2 guys rushing the quarterback he had all week to throw the ball, pressure is just as important as coverage!

Because the officiating is woke as hell! I was involved in it for 17 years and had to give it up due to quotas, incompetence and politics!!! Refused to go along with it! Unless you get some old hard ass officials (which will not happen) that have the balls to make the calls according to the rules and enforce them our beloved sport will be gone forever as we know it!!!! Yes the TD should have counted but the extra point would not be tried according to rule!

Milroe needs help from Receivers who are not afraid to make plays. This was the most undisciplined game I have seen from Bama since South Florida. Too many miss opportunities on offense and some questionable play calling. Also, the defense should be ashamed they allowed Auburn to run a basic offense where all they did was line up and run the ball and we couldn’t stop them. It is sad we couldn’t make adjustments on defense.

I say Milroe is the problem, not his receivers. The kid doesn't know how to make a good pre-snap read. He doesn't know how to throw to a spot in anticipation of a receivers cut. He doesn't throw to his outlets. He stands in the pocket with his feet frozen to the ground. 3rd and long, forgetaboutit... I'm telling you all, Julian Sayin will be the starter next year.

To double/triple defend the receivers. For every player they put down field the chances of being picked or defended go up i get ur point like stop it before it gets that far but if he can get it out and in that situation prolly would have just took a chance and threw it up and prayed if he didnt have time to locate an open receiver and the probability would be greater if their were fewer defenders

But I will say Georgia was playing without a LOT of key players. Shouldn't matter in the end, but next week will be interesting. I still want Georgia to beat the brakes off Alabama though, lol

Our defense looked like they had extra helpings of turkey leftovers. Slow to react, missed tackles, playing like they were sleepy. Discipline was missing and we were outcoached for most the game. An ugly win but I'll take it. If we go play Georgia looking like this, don't expect the same result. Our offense looked confused including Milroe for much of the game. I say the spirit of Bear Bryant saved usas Milroe probably made the bigest throw of his Alabama career. Thought I was having a dream! ROLL TIDE!

I know, there was so much yardage and space to play the ball. The linemen didn’t even rush. That was the single play they should have forced QB to run. That being said Niamiah Pritchett who was defending that pass was the one who was definitely concussed after colliding with Milroe stopping him 1 yard short. Pritchett was playing the receiver. Easy pitch and catch for receiver to just push him off and make the catch.

What is being overlooked in this dramatic win is just how pathetic Alabama's center has been throughout the entire season. Seems like there hasn't been a single game that he hasn't screwed up multiple times in hiking the ball when the QB isn't ready. There have been multiple occasions this year where this knucklehead has cost Bama excellent field position and possible TDs because of his play. The second string center must be extremely pathetic for Saban to not have him replace the current one.

The video has all the typical bad officiating from a Jason Autrey crew cut out. Really the secondary plot of the game and a big factor in Auburn keeping that game close instead of Alabama blowing it open in the 3rd quarter. #4 on Auburn got away with two clear DPIs in back to back red zone possessions for Alabama. Took a touchdown off the board with one and a 3rd down conversion with the other. Hopefully Autrey and crew will go back to the Sun Belt but I have my doubts FBS officiating is for them.
