He's saying that he would sell his house through a real estate agent if they came up with a buyer, but, in his experience, real estate agents just want to put their sign on his lawn to advertise their business and don't want to help him sell his house. Literally: "If they came up with a buyer, yes. All they interested about is just to put the sign up."

The slight tension between a kind of passive aggressive reporter and what seems to be a bigoted racist, then the mood change, and the guy turns out to be a genuinely nice person, all that in less than a minute and half, it makes this hilarious video a diamond on KZfaq. I love it!

There is something so incredibly powerful about this. It shows how fast people can jump to conclusions and judge somebody else without knowing the full story. The happy ending is so wholesome! 😂

But it's the advert's last sentence that brought out a local TV reporter's crusading instincts. Reporter: I've just like to ask you a few questions about the house you've got for sale. I think the newspaper is at fault with this one. Because of his accent, they should’ve double checked what he said because they could’ve easily have ruined his life with that.

This reminds me of the time I saw 'The Matrix Reloaded' at my nearest theatre and watching a scene where Neo says "Agents are coming" in which the others answer "Agents?". For some reason, I heard them say "Asians are coming" "ASIANS???" and immediately imagined the guys beyond the door dressed up in traditional asian garments as well as rice field hats.

This still happens in malaysia: chinese landlords openly advertise "chinese only" apartments. And i read an explanation on a realtor's website once that explained matter of factly that this is because "malays are late to pay their rent and indians cook smelly food".
