Very nice tart/cake. And you know what? This could be made also using other fruits I'm pretty sure. Like Blueberry, Strawberries, Citrus. Even some Peanut Butter base. I think I will try it the same way though. 💓

Absolute perfection! I make a similar version with an almond crust and lemon curd keeping the layer of raspberry preserves. I love your addition of cream cheese to counter an intense chocolate mousse. It is not easy to make a recipe where each bite fills your mouth with multiple flavours all at once -- but you nailed it! This is a wonderful year round dessert that enables you to make 1 or 2 days in advance when having company. One could even leave out the raspberries and add Bailey's Irish Cream or Kahlua to the mouse even drizzle caramel over an all chocolate tart. Thank you so much for this recipe! I made it and it was delicious. Everyone loved it!! The only thing I didn't achieve well is the smoothness of the chocolate cream. Maybe I whipped it too long... I'd like to ask if we can use other kinds of biscuits than Oreo. Something like digestive chocolate or cacao cookies. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Idk if it's the proper way,but I've always just put a flat pan or plate over the top and flip it, then transfer it to whatever dish you'll be serving from. I haven't lost one yet!😆

She is using a tart pan with a removable bottom. It is often called a “French tart pan.” I have several and they are easy to use to get the tart out.
