@EaqIe it's OK if you don't heat it. The polymers that mean it's soft only migrate into food if that food is warm, so you just need to let the mixture cool right down I think it's a clever idea, +it's really the only reason l watched this video Cheese cake is easy,as well as tasty 😋

I followed the directions closely and made this last night. I found myself using a lot of bowls, And it was time consuming. The presentation is beautiful. The bubble wrap technique really works. The cheesecake itself was too tangy. Next time I will add more sugar to taste. It was still delicious.

Usually when I make little cheesecakes like this I'm satisfied with one piece before sending it to my parents' house for them to enjoy. Not this time! By far one of my favorite cakes. It's not overly sweet, there's no lemon overpowering every other flavor, and it's simply beautiful. The honey on top is a lovely addition, though not necessary to enjoy this treat in my humble opinion. Incredibly easy to make as well. Will definitely be making this a staple for events and holidays 👍👍👍
