It's a no-baked cheesecake that can be made without the oven.
Plus, it's small, so you can enjoy it casually.
It's a cake that even beginners who don't have an oven can follow.
If you want to make a big cake...
You can make a round cake with a height of 18 cm*4.5 cm or a round cake of 15 cm by 6 cm.
Usually, whole wheat cookies are used to make the bottom, but today, when I made it with chocolate chip cookies, the harmony with vanilla was great.
I think chocolate chip cookies with a moist texture have a better taste and texture than cookies that are too crispy.
You can make the jelly with your favorite drink, but I personally recommend the strawberry or peach flavor.

230g cream cheese (1 cup)
2 yolk
30 g sugar (2 tablespoons)
150g milk (1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons)
15 g sugar (1 tbsp)
1 vanilla bean
5g powdered gelatin (1/2 tbsp)
25g water (1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons)
10ml lemon juice (2 teaspoons)
240g heavy cream (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
About 180g chocolate chip cookies (10-12 pieces) (1 cup powdered)
25g rice Croquant or chopped almonds (3 tbsp)
45g unsalted butter (3 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp)
♥ Strawberry flavor jelly
150g strawberry flavored drink (3/4 cup)
5 g sugar (1 teaspoon)
6g powdered gelatin (1/2 tablespoon + 1/4 teaspoon)
30 g water (2 tablespoons)
