■Raspberry puree
120g raspberry
20g sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
■Cheesecake
200g cream cheese
40g sugar
50g non-sugar yogurt
200ml heavy cream
30g milk
5g gelatin
1/2 tsp lemon juice
60g raspberry puree
■Raspberry jelly
25g water
2g gelatin
50g raspberry puree

I decided to try this recipe and if anyone wanted to try it as well and didn't want to calculate some of the measurements for larger molds, I calculated the measurements for an 18cm round mold! 18cm round mold Raspberry puree- 264g raspberry 44g sugar 2.2 tsp lemon juice Cheesecake- 440g cream cheese 88g sugar 110g non-sugar yogurt 440ml heavy cream 66g milk 11g gelatin 1 tsp lemon juice 132g raspberry puree Raspberry jelly- 55g water 4.4g gelatin 110g raspberry puree

That looks like a mold with a removable bottom but no clamp. I didnt know they made pans like that
