Congratulations on making one hell of a shot on a beautiful mature Ohio buck! After I watched this video I went down to my local range and tried a 35 yard seated shot after a 2 min draw with my hoyt maxxis @ 65lbs and My arms were jello after 1min 45 seconds ... a couple of the guys got in on it including two of the staff members and none of us could pull it off. It’s now known at the range as the “Sarah Bowmar Challenge” and we’ve yet to have anyone hit a bullseye. Have to say it made a lot more sense after we googled you guys- you and josh are ripped up!!! Do you practice shooting after holding at full draw for extended periods or was it your insane physique revved up on adrenaline? Either way congrats all around- I know for a fact that fewer than 1 in 100 bow hunters could have pulled that off.

All I'm going to say is that her facial expression when at full draw was priceless and hilarious in a good way. That young lady was in beast mode lmbo

Good job! I like watching you both hunt around your home. Looks like you put the time in to learn the property you are going to hunt, then practice, practice and more practice. I like your fitness vids as well. I am 60, love bow hunting and try and do enough exercise to keep my core as strong as I can. I cannot do the blow out muscle group centered training you both do, but I like the tips especially about carb counting and nutrition. Keep up the good work on both types of videos.

That was a huge pull time I hold my bear 55 pound bow I am 12 btw for almost a minute and my arms are shaking pretty bad and I learned that from when I shot my deer this year with my bow that I held my bow for a minute and I had to let down that is amazing to do good job!
