Do breeding rights come with paperwork or separate thing?

I’m trying to buy European Doberman pincher and it’s so hard to find a breeder that will give me full rights on a male. I know this is weird but when you’re paying a few thousand dollars for a dog I don’t want no contracts stopping me from studding out. I know bloodline is everything to breeders. Does it mean I would stud out my dog in the future I just don’t want any contracts from stopping me.

This is the truth and it plays a big part by slowing down the rate at which dog's are being produced. As well as increasing the quality of dog's that are being produced. While most importantly weeding out people who want dog's for the wrong reason's. It surprising how many breeders there are in the Bully community. That have work their way up towards the top tier and are held in high regard. Who sell puppies with breeding rights. I'm sure there are stipulations in place to what extent I'm not sure. With some of these puppies selling for the amount of money that they do. Do you think it attracts more buyers who are purchasing puppies. Just because they are looking to profit? Or buyers that are expecting to make some of their money back? Or buyers that feel like the ability to breed the dog is something that they're paying for In reflection of high asking prices? Do you think high priced puppies are being sold more often with breeding rights? Do you think Its being used as a incentive in getting people to pay these prices? What can be done that will discouraged people who are breeding for the money. From selling puppies with breeding rights in order to get a higher price? People that are in it for the money
