I'm trying to do a solo Thief run right now without using the Meister skill or Helm Splitter, trying to focus more on lesser used skills. The highlight of the day was using Shadow Veil to sneak up on a group of goblins, use Smoke Screen to blind them, then use Implicate to snag a goblin and yank it over to me, use Powder Blast to place a bomb on him, then toss my new gobbo-bomb to where the gobs were thickest and then detonate it. The potential for shenanigans is so high with Thief.

Question, I've noticed that often times you don't try to heal after losing all of your health, before the wakestone message appears. Is that because you consider it an exploit, or do you just accept defeat?

Nah man, shield only. Use the steel folding chair that god gave you to break drakes in half.
