2 ай бұрынMy name is Kendal Johnson, I’m a married 26 year old dad/farmer. I farm with my grandpa (papaw), dad, siblings, uncles, and several cousins. Our operation is called Stahl Farms, a family farm in Southwest Ohio. We farm corn and soybeans with lots of red equipment. My goal is to show a little bit of everything. The good, bad, the fun and the boring days.

There are fellows who take the 500 and have them set close to 600 with good results. Larson farms on you tube and a farm in in Mt have talked about it.

Depends on how deep you wanna work it a 40 footer will pull pretty hard on a 620

How do those quick tills hold up? We run case/k-line here. Have a hard time keeping the rubbers in place

This will be their third season. 2022 fall 2023 spring and 2025 spring. They have several thousand acres. Both are about due for blades. The bushings where they fold are shot. But up until this point they have been fairly low maintenance.

I would really love to try a salford disk. Something you can set up more as a vt but also set up as more heavy tillage.

Right on. We get about a season on our blades. That’s around 8k acres. Pretty boney where we are though
