Without speeding AP its useless to make filing dates current as we still need to go for stamping and keep H1B, the emergency AP is not flexible

Emily, we love your show as you provide good solutions however disappointed with your response on becoming all current in Oct. Can understand the logic and the numbers but please think about over 1M waiting and living in continuous anxiety and fear for over decade. It is humanity issue of modern history and hope ends for lot extent if becomes current for below 3 reasons: 1. Travel ease 2. Kids Age lockout 3. Job Change ease Hope you can make a difference with your abilities and connections. Request you support!

the simple solution is for USCIS to accept its slow processing capacity and move the dates forward only to the extent what it can really process...none of this monkey business of moving 3 years forward and moving 4 years backward in a few months time interval.

What an ignorant comment. Emily is just being realistic and conservative. She does not set the rules or policy. Even if she says she believes it will happen doesn’t mean USCIS will do it.
