Unfussy and fast, this is the icream I make when I want ice cream NOW. Not some gourmet dessert, it's simple enough to count as real food, and we treat it as such, often eating it as our meal --- served with a fruit crisp, or spooned into a bowl and then topped with homemade granola and fresh berries.
