First time I heard about this song was from that movie "Go" back in 1999 way before their Return of Saturn album in 2000. And I saw this music video for the first time somewhere in the early 2000's. Good times - way before all that social media crap!

I always loved the build up to the chorus. So good.

Very underrated in my opinion. Love that new wave/blondie feel to the track but with No Doubt's distinct flavor.

I graduated in 98...and the next year this came out...was like a refreshing wave of new music and killer light effects for videos. We are 20 days from 2024 ...and this still hits hard as one of my top 10 jams to blast while driving.

My friend and I were in this video. We were at a rave at the Fox Theatre in Pamona when a couple of people from the production company came up to our group as we were waiting in line. They took polaroid's off all of us and told us they were casting a No Doubt video. It was filmed in a warehouse in Canoga Park. This was such a fun day/ night. I wish I would have brought a camera in and taken pictures....I did get Adrian's autograph and Gwen pushed me out of her way a couple of times as she was walking through the crowd. I miss the 90's.

I remember watching the making of this video on MTV2. She said her makeup was Kubuki inspired, it's what she wanted. The Ravers dancing are all CGI. Her costume was made by her, including her armwear.

To those who wonder why New is not on their VEVO channel, the single was released through Work and Sony Music Soundtrax. Go was released with Columbia Pictures. Technically since it’s a Sony release, it should be eligible directly through Vevo but for some reason, it’s harder than it looks.

I remember this song came out so much sooner than their Return of Saturn album and I was so hungry for new music from them that I would get so fucking excited to hear this on the radio or see the video on TV. Good times.

GO is such an underrated film and soundtrack. Gave us this gem, Len "steal my sunshine" Goldo "To all the lovely ladies" all classics. And the film itself, go buy a copy if you haven't seen it. You're gonna watch it alot. Sarah Pulley is great, Tim Olphant and Katie Holmes have real chemistry and the TV cops and real cops working together with the twist, l Perfect.
