No egg No Oven Hot Chocolate Pudding that melts in your mouth !!!!

This was a quick one taken as i got a lot of comments regarding the preparation of hot chocolate pudding without Oven. So quickly tried and hence here it is. It's as simple as that.
HOT CHOCOLATE PUDDING :
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Dark cocoa powder - 2 tbsp + 4 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
Hot water - 1.5 cup
White sugar - 3/4 cup
Fresh cream or ice cream

Hey Shamsheera, thanking you for this recipe. It came out so well and I tried it with wheat flour. 😘🍮 Again, I added less salt too in the mix since the quantity of salt mentioned could be little on the high end for me 🙄

@@veniv3974 Mine is Morphy Richards, and it took 25 min at 175 degree.. temperature is same as mentioned by Shamseera,but the time varied 5min less than the original recipe!

I tried and it was very gud. My son liked it very much. I used brown sugar for both. I added tutty fruity and walnut instead of choco chips. Did not have essence and I didn't know what alternate to use so I skipped that. Instead of oil I used melted ghee :)

U may replace it with sand ..... or if u have a non stick pan that u dont use, place a stand in that and keep the baking dish in that ..... but heard that the fumes coming out is toxic ... so i dont prefer non-stick .... ☺️☺️

I always try to bake in cooker like this but this method doesn't work for me.. sometimes it comes out overbaked or notbaked.. this time also tried to save electric bill😁 but vent in vain.. i had to use oven for this recipe.. it turn out to be good but not warery like this it was little bit dry
