Dough:

✔Wheat flour - 250 g.
Filling:
✔Jam/jam - 150 g.

🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 15 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.

✅The dough does not need to be kept in the refrigerator, it is immediately ready to work. It will be a little easier to work with when it is chilled.
✅The sweetness of the dough can be adjusted to your taste. If you add sugar instead of sugar. powder, the dough will be more elastic.
✅Jam, jam, preserves can be anything. I still thicken even thick jam with a spoon of semolina. The cookies are open on the sides and if you do not thicken this filling, it may spread.
✅It is not necessary to use a pastry bag to distribute the jam; it is quite possible to distribute it with a regular spoon.
✅Such cookies can be made with dry fillings, for example. With cinnamon, with ground nuts, with coconut flakes.
