In this homemade oat bread recipe, you don't need any flour or yeast, just old-fashioned rolled oats.
This oat bread recipe is gluten-free (when buying choose gluten-free oat flakes) with no flour and no yeast.
This bread recipe is a good option for weight loss as it is high in fiber and protein from the oat flakes and Greek yogurt. Additionally, the use of olive oil provides healthy fats, which can help you feel full and satisfied. However, as with any food, it's important to consume in moderation and as part of a balanced diet to support healthy weight loss.
Ingredients:
150 g rolled oats/ 1 1/2 cups
150 ml hot water(2/3 cup)
160 g greek yogurt 10% fat(1/2 cup)
2 medium eggs
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
grind 100 g rolled oats(~ 1 cup)
1 teaspoon salt
10 g baking powder(3/4 tbsp)
35 g walnuts(~1/4 cup)
seed mix for decoration
bake 50-55 minutes 175°C / 350°F

I am on a reducing diet plus intermittent fasting 15 to 9. I have baked various breads: both with cottage cheese (this one was the worst) and also with yogurt but this one is wonderful!!! and I will stay with this bread. it's crispy even on the inside. Instead of nuts, I put them on top, and instead of ground flakes, I put oat bran on top. bread is a masterpiece!! thank you for this recipe!!! greetings from Poland ❤

Son buenas tus recetas, pero me hace mal consumir avena y gluten. Estoy tratando de cambiar estos ingredientes por otros, voy aprendiendo a reemplazarlos, aunque a veces las recetas no me quedan ricas. Sigo intentando haciendo poca cantidad para probar. Es bueno tu trabajo. Gracias. 🙂🍀

The walnuts in the recipe are an optional ingredient, so you can omit them if you prefer. Instead of walnuts, you could use another type of nut, or leave them out altogether. As for the sweetener, you could certainly use a different sweetener such as date powder or honey instead of stevia. Keep in mind that these sweeteners may have a slightly different flavor profile than stevia, so it could affect the overall taste of the final product. Hi hope you’re all well am s😢that is no Bread that is a cake I make my bread with oatmeal pumpkin and sunflower seeds salt and yeast olive oil and to combine better a add 1 kilo oatmeal and 1/2 kilo wholemeal flour great bread 🍞 enjoy 🌈💖🇦🇺🦘🐨
