It’s not the equipment that makes people lazy. At any given time in between sets take a look how many people are buried in their phones. Heads are in the clouds and it’s been 10 minutes since their last set.

The silver era guys were basically using the same stuff as these guys when it comes to equipment and supplements. The only difference is that these guys have more access to gear. That being said, there was some serious training done to obtain these physiques.

You don't need a fancy gym to build a healthy,muscular,strong body. I've made the best gains of my life on my home gym. Good bench,rack,barbell and about 600lbs in plates. That's more than enough. Just need passion and consistency

I love how they make it seem like Africans are still living with none of the modern day creature comforts, but yet they are shooting videos in 4k and walking around with super tight fades. A lot of these guys are working out in modern gyms. But to that point, the body just knows external load. Doesn't matter if it's a hay, or a $1000 elieko bar.
