Hey Dolls!! I been feening for a protective style so I wanted to show y'all how I prep my hair before I do one! Watch how I get a heatless blowout on my natural hair! It's easy and most importantly it's SAFE for our curls! Hope y'all enjoy!

Love this video. I am 64 and just learning to do my own natural hair😊 braiding in the shower will definitely help. Last wash, all my twist came out and I had a tangled mess. Yes for the curlforms. Your baby girl is beautiful 👶🏽💗🎀

The Doll is always on her shit (in a good way) and I always, always learn something new from her videos most importantly. Please give us an in-depth breakdown on the curlformers please. First of all, I need to buy some but that price tag at Sally’s is a beast, but I still would definitely love to see a video on them. So glad you’re back Doll, your doll’s definitely missed ya 💙💙

Word of advice. Buy the longer ones from the start. The price tag is definitely not cheap. I invested in the shorter ones and my hair outgrew them. Now I need the long ones lol.

Overwhelming is the perfect way to describe it! This process makes stretching my hair so much easier

You can get the same look without using curlformers. Just put it up into 4 or 6 bantu knots( three on each side), then let dry. I like to leave them in overnight while I sleep. Then in the morning, brush it out, and you'll have blown dry hair. Heat free and very cost effective.

Great video! 1st time hearing of and or seeing Curlformers. I love that they stretch your hair without the use of heat. Unfortunately, my hair is not at a length where Curlformers can be used right now. It's no longer in the TWA stage but in the chin-length stage. Can you suggest/show another heatless way to stretch and dry natural 4b/c hair? Thanks!

I’ll have to try this... I made a video on how I use satin strips to stretch my hair (sorry I’m not here to promote myself 😅) but I love this idea.

Do you always braid before you wash? I'm having length retention problems.

I didn’t always braid my hair, this is something I started doing a few months ago & I prefer this method over twists. I would try to tweak your detangling or style maintaining method of you find that you’re not retaining length. I retain the most length when I use low manipulation styles and protect my hair at night & detangle properly
