So we gave our juniors a Freshers Party, even though we never got one :'(
But this was also a lot of fun. And ofcourse being seniors we got to boss all the juniors around :)

Ab aage se kisi ko bhi kuch bhi faltu bolne se pehle wo person atleast ek baar to jaroor soachega. Acc. to me ye bilkul sahi punishment thi.

Vidhi this was wrong from ur side.If you din't like what the person said you should have talked to them in private not infront of the whole crowd embarrasing them especially on such a nice day. It felt like you seniors wanted them to know who's the bigger one. RECPECT IS EARNED AND NOT FORCED. if you wanted to confront that person you should have done then and there when they said, infront of her friends and not infront of the whole college.

I think she did right because it was supposed to show every junior that they are still juniors and they should respect their seniors. That guy was teasing her tomorrow any junior will come and tease her and that's not right and we all know how senior- junior relationship works in med school.If they (seniors) are treating them (juniors) properly (like a friend) so it's their duty too, to mind their words.

Hey preeti. Vidhi was making fun of only those juniors with whom she had a rapport (with whom she performed in the aiims fest). She was not even talking about anyone else. The person was sitting in the front row and said it in a very demeaning manner and very loudly. Vidhi in response did not use any derogatory words. Just pointed out publicly that this is not appreciated and moved on.

I have seen atmosphere of Microsoft Office and there everyone call them by their name . Even junior call their senior by names. But here its all different. This is the worst thing in med collage. Just because you are one year older you don't deserve respect. Give respect have respect. We don't know the real situation but what we can see in the video Vidhi's step is not justified infront of whole auditorium. When seniors can talk like that then juniors can also.🤷‍♂️

I think you shouldn’t have done it publically. You could confront that person any other day. It might be traumatic for the person who is going to spend next 5 yrs in that college. Don’t do these types of things to satisfy senior ego.I am not supporting him or her as I don't know what has really happened. I am not judging anybody by seeing the one side of the coin.But if I would be in that situation I wouldn’t surely react publically which is very humiliating to that person.You don't know if this is going to effect his/her social life with friends or batchmates.You told yourself that this was not a big issue but the way you reacted was not cool though and this was not the Vidhi we know from 2020. I have always loved your content and the excitement u three have for literally everything in life 🫶, i know respect from juniors is very important in this field and most important is standing up against something which u think is not ACCEPTABLE, but not at the cost of making the other person feel humiliated in front of a crowd. Vidhi just have a question for you, hopefully, you will answer if you and your friends are passing comments on your juniors then what's wrong if they pass on you. You can't force someone to respect you, respect is earned. Yes, you do overact sometimes, What you did is called bullying. It's an individual's wish whether they want to call you mam or not you can't force them. I have been residing in a hostel since middle school and have seen all of this. We have screwed our seniors when they have tried to be a dictator.

Vidhi Di is not an overactor. She is just way more expressive than most people. That's one of the reasons, why 1Lakh Plus people have subscribed to 3's a crowd. But students shouldn't treat each other as Seniors and Juniors na? Treat each other like humans. He offended you. He did a wrong act. For which he should apologise. And you have the right to confront him. But the moment someone takes support of some kind of a position or age or gender or any such thing to get or give respect, it looks a bit off. That's it. That's the only reason so many people are giving hate comments. Otherwise, that Bhaiya definitely did wrong and everyone knows that. I can totally understand Vidhi Di cuz it hurts a lot at that very moment when someone says such rude things just because you're expressive. Vidhi you came out as an extremely Arrogant, insensitive and a bully, you could have confronted the guy in person rather than getting on stage and humiliating him like that, just because you are an year older than him doesn't mean you have the right to bully someone like that in the name of this is what our seniors taught, it can be traumatizing for a freshie and you have no idea what toll it can take on him, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

yes even if you are an overactor the integrity of one should be maintained..thanks vidhi for reminding me that ones self respect must be maintained and you should not shut if people think its okay and you'll take it (bcz being dropper you tend not to speak against opinions)...yes when you say that people will comment ki koi zrurt ni thi/dekha yha bhi acting etc but you have to stand up at time! ❤
