I've been struggling with addiction for years. I'm 17 now. I first smoked when I was 13 and that lead to more hardcore drugs. By 15 I was heavily addicted to Mephedrone (that pretty much feels like MDMA and Cocaine mixed together) and Amphetamine. I started using drugs to escape reality as I've grown up in disadvantaged area full of drunkards and junkies in Moscow by a single mother. I missed my father so bad (he died when I was 5)... I didn't know 'how to be a man'. I mean I wasn't 'pussy boy' but I'm kinda soft. I was kinda sociopathic. I started to listening to $uicideboy$ since 2015. And as I was 14 edgy teenager I misunderstood their lyrics and continued to drowning deep in my addiction as I thought that it's cool to be 'all-tragical junkie'. Last month I relapsed once and that lead to me snorted meph EVERYDAY and only had break for 3 days as I was fired from job beacuse employer exposed me being high so I ran out of money. I felt so empty after this month. But I started to establish relations with my relatives and realised that I have one really good friend who really wants me to be sober. So I strted to working on myself to stay sober but I tried opiate pills a few times week ago. I literally wated to buy heroin 2 hours ago but this video showed up in my recomendations. I saw this interview back in 2015 but I didn't realize how deep it is especially when $crim talks about his heroin addiction. I can fully relate. I used to work on shitty job, stole my 'friends' drugs and lie to people who loves me in order to get high. So now I feel enlightened as never before. I finally TRULY realized that drugs don't change the fact that I'm shit and living in shithole they just make me don't care about this. Now I truly understand all of the Boy$ old songs lyrics. I admit that I'm addicted but now I'll follow my dreams in case to change myself for good.

Had to come back and listen to this again after the Theo one. One thing I learned was a lot of artists today like to say they've "evolved" and I do agree that it happens in a way, it does seem a little over used and out of proportion. IMO SB has defiantly evolved and even though I have to take their music in doses still, I love how much they love it and just the all around energy. If I listen to it in doses it feels like it's a huge positive for me in many ways but like everyone says "too much of anything is bad for you." Big ups to Adam and Theo the fact they actually did podcasts with them confirms the realness that it seems like everyone gets a sense of after listening to their podcasts.

Dozavage Dozavage Dozavage dude it was sick, all started with a tweet when he asked if anyone could pick him up from LAX. right after I picked him up, we went to in n out in Redondo Beach. went to Fat Nicks crib where he lived on Barbara court by universal studios too drop off some animal fries that he didn’t end up eating lmao. went to the OSS store to drop him off for this interview while I went to go look for parking a couple blocks away. everyone was there after this interview was over, germ, jgreen, Ramirez, etc. (I need to find the video off j greens twitter for proof of all this) right after this, can’t remember what area I drove to, but we went to go pickup baby John Cena (now known as Big Boi). Turns out, he was a fan that breeded purebred pitbulls for a side job, who reached out to pouya on twitter about the dog. Shit was dope, but it turned a lil weird when the fan gave pouya his own the mixtape when we were about to leave. After a long night, finally dropped him off at his apartment somewhere near Hollywood. The next day, I picked up $B + Pouya from his pad and drove down to Getter’s lil recording studio in Hollywood. Getter introduced himself to me as Tanner and dam, he was super dope and still produces some of the best rap beats. I witnessed $b record their verse off of Fat Hoes for the UU tape which was soo sick. Pouya also played by some of the instrumentals such as 41, billy mays, that he hadn’t record yet and got me hella stoked for the album. After they were all finished at the studio, pouya was hit up by Keith Ape to come down to the El Rey theatre for his show. Shit, just walked in with all of them, was handed a wristband for a backstage pass and felt like a boss. Germ was already there in the back sipping Hennessy straight outta the bottle. After that, called it a night and dropped him off at his pad. Pouya hit me up the next day after that to kick it, and I had 2 missed calls from him when I woke up. I hit him up and turns out, he was already headed to Getters studio and didn’t need me for a ride anymore :( lol. He did offer to play poker at his crib with his squad which was dope, but never happened cus he ended up moving to Florida a couple weeks later. Sorry for this long ass reply, but thought it would be cool to share how humble Pouya actually is to his fans.

I started to listen to $B at the start of my drug addiction, my brother is a huge fan, 2 years later learning and loving them and now being 3 months sober, hearing them helps a lot. Skim and Rub remind me a lot of me and my cousin who went through every milestone together; phases, choices, life, addiction. I have so much respect n love for these boys, I can relate in a lot of ways so thank you boys. Another interview is much needed 🙏🏼💕
