No-knead garlic bread | Easy to make, delicious, and soft

Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour 450g(3cups)
White sugar 25g (2tbsp)
Instant yeast 3g
Salt 5g (1tsp)
Egg 2 (115g, set aside 1tbsp for brushing on the bread at the end)
Water 180ml-200ml
Melted butter or olive oil 45g(3tbsp)
Filling:
Chopped garlic 1 head (30g)
Green onion or parsley 1tbsp
Softened butter 50g(1/4cup)
Salt 2.5g(1/2tsp)
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 20-25 minutes
Special notes:
1. Because some measuring cups/spoons that you use might have different measurements than mine, here are the measurements I used. If your measuring cup and measuring spoon are different from mine, use an electronic scale to weigh: 1cup=237ml 1/4cup=59ml 1tbsp=15ml 1tsp=5ml
2. Because the water absorption of the flour of each different brand is different, for the brand of flour, I used might be different then yours, please make adjustments if you need to to get the best results
3. I used melted butter in this recipe. I put the butter in a small microwavable bowl and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. You can use your usual method of melting butter. Butter can also be replaced with an equal amount of olive oil.
4. The 50 grams of butter in the filling is softened at room temperature, so it is very easy to handle when using.
5. For this recipe, I made two large loaves of bread. The size of the large baking pan I used is 33X23cm. If you have two small baking pans in your home, you can put them in two baking pans. If you bake the bread in two portions, the results might be slightly better. If you only want to make half of this recipe, halve all the ingredients I listed below, and then use a 9X5inch or similar size baking pan to bake. At 4:45 seconds in the video, I use a 9X5inch baking pan to bake with ordinary white flour You can use it as a reference if you do halve the recipe.
