We've got a new brisket recipe coming up next week, which should be a time saver / game changer for you guys, so you can eat brisket for Christmas lunch or special occasions like Australia Day lunch, Bathurst or the Grand Final but not need to cook overnight or wake at crazy o'clock or sparrow’s fart to do so, you’re fresh for the festivities aka drinking.
It was supposed to be done today, so you can plan for next week but some of the lighting was crap, so I’ll reshoot and hopefull have it to you early, next week.
Best thing is it means everyone gets to enjoy brisket, including me and not being tired from waking up in the middle of the night, to have brisket ready for family and friends for lunch.
Eating brisket like this, was a reminder for me why I love brisket so much and that when done right, it’s the king of beef for me and even better than beef ribs.
