Thank you for this video. My son is allergic to bovine protein so no dairy or beef. I'm allergic to pork so inexpensive meal plans are challenging. I found the chicken franks at my dollar tree and was surprised, I've been paying $3.29 for them at my local grocery store. I'm definitely going to give some of these recipes a try!

I've been trying to make some of the meals you've been making, but our dollar store has been so empty. A lot of people can barely get food and dollar tree has been a good outlet for people to get food. Keep up with the meal videos. Really liking them

I have made the Beef pasta but used beef broth instead of the milk....it is yummy..

I think I'm going to try the tater tot casserole dish first (green beans on the side). That looked really good!

non flavored coffee creamer both powder and liquid can be used in place of milk and cream. I used vanilla flavored for my oatmeal Margarine is dairy free as well. Walmart has non dairy creamers and heavy creams
