He is not resolve your problem, because he is option work only in 2G preferbale sims... Jio don't have 2g & 3g.

I will share him this, but I have one doubt if this problem happens with jio sim then we can't switch it to 2G na ?? Because all most 80% of Indians are on jio sim now 😊 so what they should do to fix it ?

I know this tip earlier itself but it's good to show to all uncle. Useful tip. However I have noticed that in my mobile(Redmi) this option is available only for First sim but not available for second sim. Do know why.?

Because of hardware limitations, 2G circuit is only available for one SIM.

4G has high frequency.. High frequency signal degraded when it travels through walls. 2G has low frequency compared to 4G It can travel much longer distance and through walls

Hope you find this comment. I must say a big thanks to you. You saved my day, my daily work. I know this is simple trick but remembering and using is a life saver 🙏. Since I moved to new house which is at ground level, there's no signal, it's completely dead zone. Due to lock down I'm working from Home. And I missed so many calls, daily work got worst because if missing important calls. Chala videos chusaka even I decided to get booster too but luckily stumbled upon your video. Its because, as 2G is old all the devices like routers etc at network centres will support 2G and the 4G devices should be seperately installed to support 4G devices which is very much cost involved. So the network compnies mostly install the 4G devices at the places where more 4G users are available and increase the frequency to reach more customers instead of installing devices at all network towers. So when you switch back to 2G in mobile it will work fine bcz most of the network centers are installed with 2G devices but not 4G devices, and this solution may not work everytime.some times we can see some network centres which will support only 3G and 4G at those places if you change to 2G also you wont get any benifit out of it
