To the post office, you are just a regular worker. It seems like you're looking for some notoriety because you worked there for 5 years. You're forgetting the whole picture. You work for the man above, not the one below. God sees everything, and checking your emotions is something to work on. Nothing but the best on your journey.

Thank you and you are right I work for the man above that’s why I left the post office and I’m driving trucks and making more money then ever at the post office and I get my weekends off and to be with my son. I trust in god and he reminded me not to change who I am and I did just that and he change my whole life in 2024.

Hello gorgeous. Just came across your vídeos. I was a letter carrier for 26 yrs. When i erasigned to become a Clerk at a USPS distribution Center at a different state. But let me tell you i didnt give a shit if no one said bye to me. I was so so so done of delivering mail. Constantly on the go out on the street until 12am !!! . Ive berm with the postal service for 32 yrs and got 8 yrs to go for retirement

Don't worry about it because I did 47years and when I retired I received nothing just like you. The P.O. has changed over the years just get the money. Congrats on wanting to make a change for the money.

Thank you!!! You wouldn’t believe how many people wrote me on here like why you quit it’s a great job etc. They didn’t have to walk in my shoes so I let them talk. I choose my peace and my mental everyday now and I love it here.

I feel you. I want to better myself, and I'm thinking of quitting my job at warehouse. I have been there 23 years and im not going anywhere, and I wanna be a postal service or be into delivery. Warehouse jobs treat you like slaves. I hope you are doing better and I wish you the best. And companies don't care about employees. Some coworkers retired and nothing was done for them. I bought them cakes and gave them cash. People in this world are so selfish

Post office is a terrible place to work that probably won't be around in 10 years. Like you said most those people are stuck and in a dead end job. I know you have made the best decision for yourself and your family.

I’m so happy for you. I had those moments when I had to get out the truck for a breather. You’ll get it trust yourself get out and look and don’t rush for nobody. I applied for a mail carrier position last week. We’ll see what’s next.

Listen I been through a lot as a carrier I carried my whole pregnancy never miss a day. I guess cause I invested so much I wanted a little recognition but one thing I learn for sure never give your all unless that’s who you are as a person. If I was the boss or in charge I would never be like how my bosses was. If we want change we have to be the change for sure I hope you have a better situation if not become the boss don’t settle. I wouldn’t mind being a supervisor

Good call on making regular as a carrier then becoming an FTR clerk, you saved your self a ton of headaches and when you need time off at a plant vs a station, it's a lot easier. Plus having consecutive off days is nice, although you lose the holidays for now. So which will it be waiting the 12 months, the 18 months, or private sector? Congrats!

Young lady backing a pup trailer is ten times harder than backing up a 53 ft trailer. I've been driving a truck for over 23 years, and every now and then, they put a pup trailer on me, and I look like a day one rookie trying to back into a dock. Hang in there by patient and safety minded, and in no time you'll be a pro.

U mentioned in "day in the life" which the comments were turned off, that you got hurt on the job and the union fought for you. Can i ask for you to expand on that a bit? how did u get hurt? what did the union do for u? Did you file a L&I claim?

When I say fought for me I’m saying they help me every step of the way. They made sure that I didn’t miss a step and they also would call and check on me as well as made sure I was getting paid and not missing no money while I was out. When ever I would call they answer and had I didn’t have to chase no one down. Worker comp was definitely file if that’s what your asking.

@@dominiquesworld7011 company called mangnum freight they let go over 50 drivers sold they truck and all, stay and driver for the mail ppl don’t driver for them over the road companies they are doing bad bankruptcy is going to bad in 2024

I'm glad I saw your video. It appeared on my KZfaq..I finished trucking school and recently got my CDL. I'm about to leave my job. I've been there since 2007. I feel that many of the people at my job have gotten comfortable. There's more out there though. I finally made a move. I hope your journey is productive and you gain much knowledge.
