that lesson for me was amazing.. this has been my worse nightmare, which i have to keep telling myself to change every few weeks because i regress back to it.

Really relate to this. I've worked hard on my game and handicap has come down from 8.0 to 5.4, but started to pull hook irons and worse with 3-wood. Trying to maintain width on takeaway is key for me 👍

Finally! I have the exact same backswing and start of downswing as you and I have tried for so long to find anything that tells me how to fix it! I get the exact same errors as you, fat and starting the ball to much to the right. I have actually tried to widen/steepen my backswing and keep the clubhead in front, but it hasn't really solved my problem. Please let me know when you've figured it out, cus it still looks to me that you're clubhead points a bit to the right of your target at the top of your swing. I'm really looking forward to put the club in the right slot and then able to just rotate. I think all my shots would be a lot more consistent, and same for you!

I use an empty clicker tube behind the club head and push the tube back on the takeaway.
