Yes, but it's not him or his power. He is a vessel in surrender to God. The spirit moves freely thru him and its a powerful sight. God will use anyone who is obedient to him. Thank you for sharing this testimony, I know exactly what it's like 2 be living in both worlds, the condemnation of being a drug addict, but be equally as hooked on everything there is to discover/learn about Jesus & how to operate in the supernatural power of The Lord, except that I DO feel convicted for remaining in sin via my physical reliance on substances. Its confusingly painful 2 be submersed in the word of God, in daily teachings on The Bible, engaging in daily lives online & church services weekly, in mentorship groups within the ministry ect... to genuinely seek out Him.. but also very consciously aware of the fact that you fail God every single day living in active addiction, & you want to live right, but are stuck doing all the wrong things along with the good. 🥺 you & I share a lot of the same testimony. ❤️ I experienced a LOT of the same stuff u spoke on in this message. Exactly the same. It's comforting to know there's someone else who understands.

If you are doing everything you can on your own, but you still aren't free from addiction, Please get help. Teen Challenge is a Christian program. I understand how your heart can desire to be free in Christ, but somehow you physically can't stop.. and can be emotionally trapped in the cycle.. how even while you are doing something, you wish you weren't. There IS HOPE IN JESUS. some people get instantaneously delivered- my mother was addicted to crystal meth and alcohol, but God set her free INSTANTLY without any withdrawal. I was coping with abuse through alcohol and unsafe actions, and I needed to go through the inpatient long term Teen Challenge program. Jesus used it to help me become healthy and stable. We don't want to be choked out by the things of this world. Parable of The Sower. I'm praying for you 💜🙏🕊
