Complete BS from TCS. It's not just about variable pay, the kind of harassment going on TCS is insane. I think Gopinathan was made to quit because he promised WFH. One thing you forgot, senior associates are already getting 40-50% variable pay at best.

I am on bench from last 15 days, have 2.5 years experience in TCS, I was working with wfh option as I met with an accident and was not in a condition both financially and physically to report office and sit for 9 hours, they are calling me to report office which is 300 kms away from my home and I am still not well and I am requesting them to give me wfh atleast for a month so that I can take my treatment properly, but they are saying either you apply LWP on medical grounds or apply sick leave….but I don’t have a sufficient leave balance for this tenure and afraid I may need to take further more, and I am in need of my salary in this bad time….should I ignore them? What should I do? RMG called me only single time but he is saying that either apply for leave or come to office….please guide

@@onlyentertainment3792 First of all need to check attrition data which is forged. Secondly many projects in icu or not generating revenue running from one unit to another for adjustments. Many in top mgmt, manager, pmo scrum useless people with high salary , actual technical talent less wih less salary ticking bomb. They are not generating profit but buying profit since cash rich. Also cutting salary va of people and showing profit.

@@onlyentertainment3792 attrition data mainly forged, now contract hiring data forged. Hiring scam was on big scale still its casting shadows. Many new projects not generating revenue instead running from one unit to another. They are buying profit not generating since cash rich.

In my company in gurgaon , I am only employee in team in gurgaon, still have to go to ofc. All other team members are remotely located, in house or 8n office have to connect with ms teams meeting, I have to travel 2 hour one way to go to office, in total 4 hours just traveling. Fool management,
