** 12 pieces (square type) **
Bread dough
Milk 250g
Butter 50g
1 egg
Bread flour 400g
Brown sugar 20g
Soft brown sugar 30g
Cinnamon powder 5g
Yeast 6g
Salt 8g
Dried raisin 80g

Glaze
Honey 20g
Hot water 15g
1. In a sauce pan, heat butter and milk until butter is melted.
2. Remove from heat and place 1 in a bowl and add egg.
3. Add in turn the bread flour, brown sugar, soft brown sugar, and cinnamon powder.
4. Add yeast and salt separately.
5. Mix the bread dough with chopsticks.
6. When the dough comes together somewhat, knead it several times by hand.
7. When there is no more flour, roll out the shape and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
8. Repeat the process of pulling and folding the dough about 5 times.
9. Make it round shape and let rest for 30 minutes.

12. Remove the fermented dough to the table and remove the air.
13. Roll it lightly with a rolling pin and sprinkle half of the raisins evenly over the dough.
14. Fold the dough into thirds.
15. With a rolling pin, gently roll the dough and place the other half of the raisins on top of the dough and fold in half.
16. Place all the remaining raisins on top of the dough and roll to enclose the raisins.
17. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
18. Divide into 12 equal portions of about 70g each
19. Roll out the divided dough
20. Line a mold with a baking sheet.
21. Second fermentation until doubled in size
22. Preheat oven to 190°C to 200°C and bake for 15 minutes.
23. After baking, put the honey glaze on top and you are done!
