You can also put the cut end of a Celery in a bowl of water and it will start growing roots after a few days, after that you can replant it.

Bottom of a store bought celery is the fastest way to start. Leave some to flower and get the seeds later. You do not need to buy the seeds in the future.

@@lanceyrocks9634 my celery stocks have always been better and then I read you’re supposed to build the soil around bottom part. I tried that and they were still bitter. Then I learned that celery, loves seaweed. I happen to have some seaweed fertilizer and used it. After the first time, there was a huge difference delicious celery!

Весьма полезное видео: подкормки томатами для сельдерея, еще понравился способ насыпать землю обрезанной бутылкой (как с совка земля не просыпается), и срезание листьев ножом (гораздо удабнее и проще, чем ножницами).

Amazing, germination in ten days is like a miracle . For years, I have been growing celeries from seed but it took weeks to germinate. From soaking to refrigeration overnight and then sowing them using a starting mix medium with a controlled temperature seems to be the best approach . You're a miracle gardener !

So.. it is not only me wondering why my celery sprouts still very small after 2 weeks.. much much smaller than his celery sprouts after 10 days.. I thought i use wrong soil or something..

Сельдерей бывает черешковый,листовой и корневой,хорошо бы это писать в названиии сразу),потому как вырастить корневой сельдерей в маленьких горшках затруднительно будет и так же что бы получить хороший урожай черешкового сельдерея требуются так же свои определенный хитрости,ну ,а в целом вы молодчина!!

In America we use potting soil contains no soil but mostly wood by product. In Asia mostly fine clay soil with compost is used for potting but plants still grow well. Much different. Good show!

In my garden I use compost cow manure and potting soil I live in South Florida. And I have a great garden every year. And grow parsley rosemary dill from seed.

А я купила сельдерей готовый в магазине с корешками уже, черешки съели, а остальную часть посадила, сейчас он растёт, у меня есть видео по этому поводу.

Very good! You can chop them, put them in plastics and keep them in freezer. It will be available everytime you need them.

@@teachersara it doesn't look like he's using fertilizer, he's essentially just adding fresh nutrient rich compost when he cuts the bottom of the root ball off and replaces it with the manure and tomatoes on the bottom of the pot.

Посеял листовой сельдерей в коробку, вошёл очень густо, на пачке схема посадки 40*50 см, т. е. очень много нужно места высадила часть рассады в грунт и не знаю куда ещё сажать, теперь досажу в каждую лунку ещё, класс!! Спасибо! за идею
