I used to run with a little crew like this. All riders were very handy on a bike. The fastest were extraordinary like yourself. They ran good rubber, monitored tyre wear to set up correct suspension and knew every intricate detail of our loop. I learnt a lot from them. The feeling of meeting up with a fast crew when you knew it was going to be a quick run is indescribable

The more you ride the less you try to override (push too hard) and the quicker you become. Everything must be linear

@@TheCvac naaaaaa unsurprisingly went over your head, I'll rephrase it "Better die like a hero than live a coward" I've been riding since 1996,had over 30 bikes over the years,first decade all man bikes with zero electronic nannies and WAY worse tires and brakes then today's bikes ,I'll go through 3 sets of rears before changing the front because I never used it that much, I'm still here, ZERO street crashes. Had a few on track but that comes with the territory. All this to say that this guys group rides are done very consciously and "safely " when compared to 99.9% of rides I've seen or been apart of, they're respectful of the traffic, the villages they come across, they signal each others for dangers ahead and only safe pass, so your comment on "he's gonna die!) Was uncalled for, and very petty to put it lightly. You obviously enjoy fast riding since you're here, you probably just got insecure when seeing what a fast rider is actually like?
