Master swordsman Yang refuses to kill a baby from the enemy clan, deciding to take it and flee to an American border town. He retires the sword promising to raise the baby in an environment of peace. Yang befriends Lynne, a woman seeking to avenge the death of her family caused by a terrible, evil colonel. Now Yang finds himself forced to enter this fight too, but not without arousing the ire of people from his past.
