Also try office parks. Many of the businesses are only open 5 to 6 days a week. Despite having many high-risk clients, we were able to bring our cleaning person back very soon after the shut down because she cleans on a day when no one is in the office.

Economy is not good right now. I’m so nervous of starting my cleaning business. I am keeping my full time job for now. Clean offices or businesses in the evening. Residential on the weekends.

How is your business going? Ask happy clients for a Google or Yelp review. Try a drawing for one 2nd free cleaning, for your new clients, in the next 3 weeks. Good luck!

@@AskAngelaBrown Thanks for that much needed advice. I'm going to try going door-to-door as I'm quite certain I'll be able to find new clientele. Now that I have a new uniform that should be enough to prove I'm a professional house cleaner & serious about finding work.

When she you show a potential cleaning client your license and insurance? I was going door to door to businesses, they advised they have a cleaning person but wanted to see my license and insurance.

We use a program called Verify My Records. It's a scannable QR code that shows your COI (Certificate of Insurance, ratings and reviews, a breakdown of your business and so much more.) verifymyrecords.com

@@lancesterling8447 Yes that is a good idea, I also put busines cards on the advertising board in local stores, Craigslist works for me and mostly my clients recomended me to their friends. Good luck finding a new clients.
