Hello! I’m so sorry that I took down the original video, and re-upload this animatic! I recently found out that there were several scenes that has some intense flash lights, and I was really worried that these flash lights might hurt my audiences if they have sensitive eyes! I decided to make some adjustment on those scenes, and I did my best to reduce the brightness. I hope you all feel more comfortable watching this version!
To be honest, I was little sad, because the previous version were already making more than 13k views, and I had to replace it… However, the last thing I want is my audiences get discomfort experience by watching my video, and I thought it would be worth it if I could make that situation avoided.

It’s been so long since I made my Hamilton animatics, and I can’t believe it took more than three years to finish this animatic! I’m so sorry if you have been waiting on my next video! I been so busy with my current job, and I didn't have much time to work on this…
But I’m very happy that I can finally show you this new project, WICKED animatic! I’m so proud of myself that I never gave up, and reached to finish line!
My next goal is to make more animatics with musical songs that I really love, and hopefully I can make them much faster than this video!

how STUNNING. The part where Glinda reaches out and the glass shatters into the 'real' Elphaba ugh my HEART. The entire scene with the ending storm and mother especially is so visceral. Your use of timing with the music and the violent lighting/movements made this so darkly cinematic. At the end...that giant wave comes up and in that moment, all reputation or social anxieties fly out the window, the only thing she can do is 'react' and she does by shielding and protecting her child. A mother's love even through the hardships. How beautiful...You captured that instinct so well. 😢Who doesn't remember Wicked as one of their first musical loves, this just brought it all back all over again. Thank you!

I was so worried that Wicked Musical fans not going to like that climax, because it wasn't on the musical. But I'm glad it worked out!! 1:23 interesting with all the fear that surround her, they so easily touch her colthing and broom. 2:28 love how everyone vanishes as she remembers and thenthey rudly cut her off. 3:00 i love how the stained glass are in color but Glinda is not. 3:15 - 3:25 love glass breaking showing the truth and E is in color❤ 4:22 love the touch of green coloring in the drink and the captions 😊 5:10 the look on the mother's face😢 6:10 -6:25 🎉🎉🎉 incredible! 7:03 awwww😢

2:51 This is my favourite part of the song. After listening to the song and watching the musical over and over again, it hit me that Glinda is speaking about herself, not of Elphaba. I love how you animated it so she realizes how alone she actually is. Perfect.

i was already planning to rewatch this, so this is great :DD i genuinely keep thinking about this animatic- i've never listened to the wicked soundtrack through before, but i will soon in preparation for whatever animatic you post next! it's easy to enjoy this song when you practically have a movie of an animatic that plays in my head when i hear it. i wasn't one of the people bothered by the lights, but thank you for being so considerate of your viewers!

I'm sure you are going to like other WICKED musical songs as well, because they all sounds wonderful! For the flash light issue, I remember Pokemeon series and Incredibles 2 also had problem with it, and I wanted to be more careful! This one was good lesson for me as an artist!

When I searched for "No One Mourns the Wicked" I didn't expect to find a new animatic at all. And everything done in this turned out to be so *BEAUTIFUL.* Every single detail. And the scenes with Elphaba's mother and the baby was just so.... Truly, it just makes me so much more anxious to see how they gonna do the opening scene in the live-action movie 💚

Absolutely incredible work, I love how perfect your timing is on every moment of this! Every little detail plays to the music so well; and I especially love the use of the stained glass windows depicting the traditional Wizard of Oz characters, the way the shot focuses specifically on the ones who Wicked fleshed out, and the whole sequence where Glinda is on her own surrounded by them. Absolutely love how intensely you played the birth scene as well; audibly it's already a very strong moment, and everything you did with it visually completely lives up to that. Spectacular work! :D (On a side note, I've always imagined that in a screen adaption the final 'Wicked' repetitions would be where the title screen came up as well, so I really like that you had the same thought there too!)
