In RPG games I see every class is useful The tank can distract the mobs so the dps or assassin can diss out as much damage as possible and the healer's job is to heal the party and boost their stats No one is useless unless you don't know how to use and optimize the class you are using

Thing about Shield Hero is the slave system thing is just a tool. It's used on the princess, and she's never a slave. It's like handcuffs. So, if handcuffs were called "Arrest System," and and they got used for kinky times, was the person handcuffed under arrest? The answer is no, they were a travelling sovereign citizen.

Remember old school MMO's ? In a game such as the original EverQuest, you either had a healer, or you were DEAD ! And your corpse was in the bottom of a dungeon, with all your equipment, and it would expire in a weeks time, never to come back again. This attitude makes me think that the Japanese must be pretty shit in PVE in MMORPGs, because you see it in a lot of animes, both this, and disrespecting the Tank (Shield Hero), when usually at least in the west, Tanks are usually in charge of the party, Healers are second in command and DPS is replaceable.

@@Arkansym in dungeons/raids, particularly at higher levels (mid-late game), healers are the most important role. If they don't do their job right, you aren't gonna win. Without healers (or good ones), first, the Tank(s) will die super fast, due to their role as the aggro pullers, then the DPS will die because they do lots of damage, thus generating a lot of enmity, but are genuinely incapable of tanking as well as a Tank, then the healer will die because they are super squishy and shouldn't be attacked in the first place. tl;dr: FFXIV is heavily reliant on the healers doing their job, and doing it right. If they don't do that, you're sure to lose.

@@spacecookiez5045 From my understanding from the novel, everyone has a level cap. Once you reach that cap, no matter how much experience you gain, it won't affect you. Now, by ingesting the hero's "sauce", through basically any hole you can raise your cap and the unused exp will level you up automatically. What the dude meant by them assaulting him was that they were penetrating him even though that gave no benefit. On the other hand they would definitely benefit from getting penetrated by him or ingesting his sauce.

Even knowing what she did, I still felt sorry for flare while I watched episode 2. Watching flare get her fingers broken one at a time was brutal. I know that pain is just a fraction of what Keyaru experienced in the Dungeon but because those scenes were in a montage, it was less impactful.

LOL - this was so wholesome and informative! i was really moved by the superior commentary and multidimensional insight that clarified the most important details for me in crystal clear verbiage and genuine intentions - especially the point that all 3 of the main titles referenced w ann & others are on my upper half list for good reasons - hard to watch or not - revenge is better than xmas bro's and bro-ette's - thats a sweet and honest truth in this day and age! and a rare premium tangent with unobtainium on our cursed rock that's seemingly been hurled toward the depths of human psyche at warp 10x - seriously, rise and redo are sad truths of what our world is like in reality - cip - recently, 40+ people were literally trafficked across our border and i think 1/2 are deceased due to the stunts they pulled trying to scandle their way in this schmit flavavored schwamp - not one of the beloved hippo critics even cared that there were some tested + and all were in a total of 2 ridiculously cramped vehicles for the duration of their pilgrimage = let that set in folks - just as our fearless and most magnificent lord nuxanor has stated that the hippo critics were in such a hurry to cast clout snatching falsities faster than amoeba's can multiply about rise and reviewers - they have no desire to toll the trolls and have given ZERO effort in even the basic prevention operations... soooo, maybe it's because i have had somewhat similar experiences to that of rise that it hits that bell inside my empty tinfoil hat, since i thoroughly enjoyed the whole series (yes it was definitely not my top 5 or even top 10) - BUTTTT, like i said, the plot had me from the start - the first few polarizing episodes were really hard to continue past as stated before, but it was well worth it to invest for the long haul - especially since it really wasn't that long of a haul - and same with redo - definitely not the nicest intro or plot, but it is definitely promising for a fulfilling plot build and execution,,, honestly, i have the hardest time believing that the ridiculously silly small and mismanaged budget on darling in the franxx paired with the serious lack of planning and foresight by the 189 iq direction staff revealing their poor production practices and displaced pacing - that series was a major let down. a really major let down. . .these 3, however, are totally different... redo, rise and reviewers are all legues above that one for sure, regardless of the rough, fast and grainy plot on redo and mostly uneventful and anticlimactic middle half of rise or the major controversiality of reviewers - all 3 are way better than ditf or xyz and have their own place amongst the culture of the science team(s) across the world - regardless of what the tweakerverse or feignbookers say or rally about them. . . stay true and return to the source when too far astray... sweet revenge will brighten the rainy days!!

I disagree, because they're so lacking in substance that they can't really be considered characters. It's like how those ruffians in every isekai that exist only to sexually harass women can't be considered characters.

I absolutely loved the rising of the shield hero I'd say it's my most favorite of all time I liked how instead of having a great time and smooth sailing they changed it up instead to being screwed over so many times you can't even count and actually makes you think like wow stuff like this actually happens alot you see how he's been affected by this event and how other people were too. it was quite interesting how it brought up another point where it comes to higher up corruption and malice overall I thought it was a great anime and is hands down my most favorite (plus it has some great character development I never wanted to punch a character so much in my life then hug another character in my life)

I honestly didn’t hate Redo of Healer. I liked seeing something legitimately dark like this. Not gonna say it’s “good” as an anime goes but it was enjoyable for it being genuinely dark.
